I have no life and thought learning how to dance would be a good idea, but I’m too socially awkward and shy to actually go out and learn how. I don’t have the money to pay for private lessons either, and no friends to come with me if I chose to learn how. What do I do?
Right, this is what i can do: splits , bridge, handstand, headstand, forward roll, backward roll, forward roll straddle stand and i think that’s it x If you could give me any videos or tips that would be great! x
I stretch everyday and what I do right now are straddle, pike, frog stretch, go down into splits (as far as I can go) and hold for a minute, or 30 seconds.
And I’m getting closer to being able to do side splits rather than middle. I want to learn the side splits more anyways though
Also I would like to learn the splits by summer, even if I can only do side splits.
So please help! I want to learn the splits SO bad.
Thank you!
I’m flexible as it is. I can put my legs behind my head, do the splits, and do that scorpion thing. Now I want to learn how to do that thing ballerinas and cheerleaders do when they hold Their leg straight up; like right by their head. Is there a special name for that? Anyway, I’m lookig fo stretching tips on how to progressively learn how to do that. Thanks ahead of time.
Now, I’m not looking to make dancing a profession, but I’m a person who likes to casually learn dance routines to certain songs. I don’t attend a dance workshop or studio, though. I’m just looking for advice on how to go about learning the routines in the comfort of my home.
