I want to learn Farsi, but I have heard that it is a difficult language to learn (besides when you’re a child, of course). I am an adult now, do you think it would be difficult for me to learn on my own? (Buying tapes, online courses, etc)

I work full time, so going to school isn’t a solution for me. (The pace of the college class I took was also way too slow for me.)
