In Tokyo, or any other part IN Japan is Japanese. In fact, Tokyo holds the best schools to learn Japanese, some speak English very well. And when you say Asia, it depends what area. The most spoken language in the world is Mandarin Chinese. More than one country speaks it too such as singapore, taiwan and possibly malaysia. Both are hard languages to speak, but worth it.
