depends on what you mean by ‘learn’ — do you mean speaking (like a native), reading (without a dictionary), writing? It also depends on your abilities, as some people are more attuned to a new languages. Some take much longer. And of course what you do to learn makes a big difference. Do you just use books /computers, or do you have a fluent native speak to talk to?
