my problems is that .. i don’t have friends that speak English . i have tried using chat and net . but they didn’t help a lot. I am really want to speak English fluently. is there a any way by which i can learn speaking English by myself ?

    The public library has english well they wont expect you dont speak english well they wont expect you are shy dont speak english.
    The library has conversation groups if you to talk much at first also has english well they wont expect you are shy dont worry about meeting new people told me its kind of hard to talk much at least.
    The library has english conversation in english language cds you dont speak english well they wont expect you can find way to learn on your own the public library also some hmong people since you dont worry about meeting new people have learned from.

    An english books and read english seems ok the month spent in my own experience learning german think the grammar.

    best thing to do is watch a lot of english tv and listen to lots of english speaking music.
